Terms of Service

1. Who we are

StoreAndSite is a product of Webnez Tech, a group of companies based in Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@webneztech.com or +92 322 801 7127.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• Give correct information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person or business may own several stores, each under its own plan.

3. Plans, free months and billing

• A one-time sign-up fee of US$3 is charged when you create your store. It also sets up your payment method for later bills.
• Every new store gets 2 free months with up to 10 products and no fee on orders.
• After the free months your store moves to the Order plan (US$5 per month plus 1% of each delivered order) unless you choose the Product plan (US$9 per month plus US$3.50 per product per month, or US$2.50 per product when you list exactly 50 products; maximum 50 products, no fee on orders).
• Plans renew every month until you cancel. Fees are charged to your saved payment method at the start of each billing month; order fees are charged for orders delivered in the previous month.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes your bank or country may add.
• If we change our prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@webneztech.com. Your store stays online until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Your store and your customers

• You own your store content: products, photos, text and your brand.
• You are responsible for the products you sell, their prices, delivery, returns and any taxes or licences your business needs.
• You are responsible for how you treat your customers and their personal data, and for following the law in the countries where you sell.

6. What you may not do

We may suspend or close a store that breaks these rules. Where possible we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

• Sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods, or anything that needs a licence you do not have.
• Use StoreAndSite for fraud, spam, phishing, malware or to harm other people.
• Copy, resell or attack the StoreAndSite platform, or try to access other stores' data.
• Upload content that is hateful, abusive or that you do not have the right to use.

7. Our service

We work hard to keep StoreAndSite fast, secure and online, and we back up stores regularly. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with internet providers.

We may improve or change features over time. If a change removes something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Webnez Tech is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem together. If we cannot, disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will email store owners and update the date at the top of this page.
