This policy explains what personal data Webnez Tech collects when you use StoreAndSite or webneztech.com, why we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect
Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
Store details: your store name, logo, products, pages and settings.
Billing details: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Your customers' order details (names, phone numbers, addresses and orders), which we keep on your behalf so your store can work.
Messages you send us, for example through the contact form on webneztech.com.
Technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use it
To create and run your account and store.
To bill your plan and send receipts.
To answer your questions and give support.
To keep StoreAndSite secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
To improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run StoreAndSite, and only what they need:
Hosting and database providers that keep the service online.
Cloudinary, which stores and delivers images.
Our payment provider, which processes payments.
Email and messaging services we use to contact you.
Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. Your store's customers
For the customer data in your store, you are in control and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for telling your customers how you use their data.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
6. Security
We use HTTPS on every page, encrypted passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings like dark mode, and make the site load faster on your next visit. We do not use them to sell advertising.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@webneztech.com. We reply within 30 days.
9. Children
StoreAndSite is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
